Mr. Garcia gave us an estimate the very next day after I called him. His estimate was very reasonable for the work performed; he also told us that he would call us the night before he sent out his crew. I rated his punctionality with a "B" because eight days later I had to call him to determine why there was such a delay. At that point, the three-man crew arrived in less than two hours. They worked efficiently, they left our property in pristine condition, and they did everything exactly the way I had requested. We will definitely be calling Mr. Garcia again for some larger-scale projects in the near future.

They came out quickly. They gave me an estimate and completed the yard that night. They were fast and did a really good job. I am very pleased.

It went great. They probably spent all day here and they did a great great job. We had given him some direction on what we wanted done mainly, but he and his crew took it upon themselves to do every single flower bed, butterfly garden, everything we had out there he did all of those. He went above and beyond. It was a lot of work and I was satisfied with the price. It was a professional job. It wasn't cheap but it was well worth what he charged. I called him one day and he came out the next day to look around. I got with him another day and he came out the next morning to do the work.

Manuel Garcia Jr. showed up promptly last spring to give me an estimate. His crews have maintained my property throughout the season. They are very fast, efficient workers. Their mowing work is excellent. They are not great at maintaining my flower beds, but that is a small deficiency. This is the fourth firm I have used and I plan to stick with this one.

He gave me bids for 3 separate issues and I chose to have them all done is the reason the price might seem high. He came when he said he would and had 2 large trucks with lawn trailers, plenty of help. They hauled off all the trash etc....I would hire him again. He said you don't pay me until you are happy with the work.

Called them on my brother's recommendation. I believe this is his second season using them. They came out on Thursday to check it out and we agreed on a price, which I felt was very fair. I didn't haggle with him, and I got the impression he was prepared for me to push back. A crew came out the next day. I wasn't home but my wife was here. She said they had 4-5 guys and stayed a good 4 hours. I am very pleased with the quality of work. I am extremely picky about mowing and edging. They did a better job than I have ever done. My lawn is hard to cut evenly because it isn't as level as it could be. Whatever equipment they used left the best finish my lawn has ever had. The same goes for the edges. I am also picky about the cutting height. Most crews cut bermuda really short, which my front yard does not tolerate. It was cut exactly the right height (and I didn't give them any specific direction, just and quot;don't cut it too shortand quot;). They even swept my entire covered patio - not just the mowing debris but every inch of it. Front porch too. They did a better job than the last company I hired at trimming hedges and cleaning up the beds. Everything was cut very evenly and every speck of debris was picked up. Seriously, they did a better job than I am capable of doing myself. In all, i'm very satisfied with the amount and quality of work that was completed for the price paid.
My brother has also mentioned that, like most companies, they will try to get you to commit to weekly mowing. However, if you want a different schedule they will work with you. They were willing to come every 10 days for him, instead of only offering weekly or every other week. And if you need service outside of your normal schedule (say because it rained and made the grass grow faster) they can generally get you on the schedule within two days.

Went excellent. Fair warning that they speak Spanish mainly. But the workers speak english and communicate everything correctly.
Price was excellent and service was on time and done right.

As noted above, the work involved cleaning-up the yard, mainly removing the dead leaves from the ground and other debris (twigs and branches). Manuel Garcia sent 3 guys to do the job. They got busy as soon as they arrived and completed the work in under 3 hours. Job was done competently.

I have used this company for 10 years for lawn care services. They mow the lawn, trim the hedge, clean up and grounds maintenance at our town home and provide service to the entire home owner association which includes 14 buildings. They service the area weekly and come more during summer months. We are satisfied with the work they do for the price.

He did good on cleaning the leaves from a small flower bed. That was all that was done well.

The mowing service is very reasonable. First of all, when he comes out, he looks at everything and he gets us an estimate. He sticks with it. He is very easy to work with. He will do whatever we need him to do and exactly what we ask him to do. They are very prompt in coming. I just haven't had any trouble with them.

I had called several companies to remove some bushes in my backyard and clean out flower beds with no luck. When I called Manuel Garcia he came out the same day to give me an estimate and did the work 3 days later as scheduled. The bushes were removed and hauled away, all the weeds removed, and all the flower beds cleared. When the yard service I had used went out of business I called Manual again, btw the person who answers the phone always speaks English, and they put me on a 2 week schedule and came out the same day to start mowing. I am very, very pleased with this company's services and will continue to use them for all my lawn care.

Manuel is one of the best lawn men we have ever found. He is prompt, always keeps my lawn in the best shape, and doesn't mind going that extra step to seeing we are satisfied. I have him come twice a week during the summer months and he is very professional.
