"Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We the staff strive to make and send out quality designs. However situations beyond our control can cause flowers to go down. We offer a 24 hour guarantee and had we been contacted we would have replaced the arrangement and done an upgrade for no extra charge. We wish we had had the opportunity to replace the flowers for the Ingmires. If the Ingmires contact us we will still replace their arrangement."
