LOWES

It was really reasonable. It was for 2 bedrooms. I wasn't 100% happy with the installers because I felt like there were a couple of places I thought it could have been a little nicer. The store was fine and going thru the actual purchase of the carpet was fine. Having it measured, I think they over measured and  I ended up with a little too much leftover carpet but I guess it would be better to have too much than not enough. I went to 3 other places and I wanted to go local but they were twice the price of Lowe's. I've been happy with the carpet. I would buy with them again. It happened pretty quickly. It was fast and easy.

I have lots of pets so the carpet was not working out too good. Overall, the job went very well. They came out, and they were on time and did everything. The quality of the work was very good. I don't remember the exact contractor that Lowe's sent out, but they were very professional and did a great job. The contractor showed up on time. With regard to price, I got several quotes and they were the best.

They were professional, the price was decent and the windows are beautiful.

I had used Lowe's and the installer a few times before and was pleased. However, I won't assume anything from them again.

They did not have the product I was looking for in stock, but they got it almost immediately and delivered it to the house without any problem. They did not do the installation though. The quality of the product is excellent, and I am very pleased with it. They offer a military discount, which makes it nice especially for retirees; it saved me a lot of money. I do a lot of shopping at Lowes, and I have always appreciated their customer service. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They are close by. We do a lot of business with Lowe's. I thought the prices were fair. On some products, they would match a better competing price. We were very happy with that. They were very helpful when we were in the store looking at appliances. I enjoyed doing business with them.

The sales people are always VERY helpful, we shop here often and will continue to do so, Lowe’s offers a 10% military discount so we always shop at Lowe’s versus other hardware/home improvement stores when the option exists. The doors were ordered correctly and were delivered as promised and all at a great price for custom ordered storm doors. I did the install myself and it was fairly easy.

All experiences were excellent, from sales to delivery to installation. Lowes is our favorite home improvement store -- the personnel, the cleanness and accessibility, the pricing, quality, display and choices, the ease of checking out, the delivery policies, and the contractors. We have always had a good experience at Lowes.

I have had good experience with them and I spent about $800 on that. They have been good for me and I haven’t had a bad experience with them.

It was a very positive experience. The staff was very helpful. The installer was very good at what he did. I was pleased with the installation and clean up. He did a very good job and gave me some information when I said that I was thinking about getting laminate or hardwood flooring in the future. He told me what to look for and gave me tips on installation if we would do it ourselves.

It went real well. I was real pleased with the people they sent out and the quality of the work. They sent out the head of the install team to take the measurements and do the estimate. They came back and installed the floors when the order came in. We are satisfied.

Lowes made a couple of mistakes but did a good job. First they didn't order enough material, so they had to come back and complete the work. That was the largest mistake.

Lowes was great. They did what they needed to do, were friendly, arrived on time, and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend them to others.

My time was limited to look for a door so I chose Lowes because they had a good product in stock. I was impressed that Lowes arranged for someone to come back and readjust the door after a very dry summer caused it to warp slightly. The door looks great.

The Lowe's people were real helpful when I went to the store to pick out the kitchen fixtures I needed. They guided me through several options for cabinet tops and sinks. The installation went off without a hitch and my kitchen looks wonderful now.

Lowes was really excellent. They were kind of slow coming in. They called after they installed the door to make sure everything was working good. They were very nice and friendly people to work with.

The first time Lowes did the work everything needed to be redone. The workers did things that I did not ask them to do, and did not want them to do. I am not happy with Lowes and would not use them again.
