+ 0 moreThe contrators for Lowes arrived on time and asked me to inspect everything before they unloaded it and started on the job. The first thing I noticed is they had a differenct carpet pad than what I ordered. I called the store and they explained that the pad I ordered did not show up and they sent a higher quality pad in its place. They also gave me some money back for not communicating that to me ahead of time. The 2 installers/contractors were very respectful of my house and finished earlier than I expected. The carpet has been in for over 3 months now and still looks great. I would use Lowes for carpet in the future.
