They came out and gave an estimate and made some suggestions about how to make the job better. Everything was mutually agreed upon before starting. They got there when they said they would and finished in record time. I was out of town and could not supervise but they did not need any direction. They would not accept any money until we were completely satisfied. Russ and his crew are some of the nicest people I have ever met. His wife works with him and made it feel like a family reunion. I can't say enough good about their work and attitude.
