They have always been on time, competitively priced, detailed in their approach and effective. They offer many different weed and pest control services and perform them with speed and professionalism. David the owner is accessible and his techs are approachable.

They have a knowledgeable, professional yet friendly and helpful staff. Their prices are competitive compared to other providers quotes.

I am very particular about timing of services as products should be applied at certain times during the season to be effective. Lawn Doctor applies fertilizers and other products at the perfect times and the difference is obvious with turf that has become thicker and greener with significantly fewer weeds. The hollies and junipers are bright green with exceptional growth during spring and summer months. I have always been able to reach David Morrison if I have a question. I am an avid gardener and what impresses me most is that he understands soil science. An additional plus is that you receive a call the evening before your service so you know when people are on your property and if you have a conflict you can reschedule. The pricing is very competitive. I am extremely pleased.

They are very punctual and professional. Jody maintains good communication with me. She always let me know when they were coming.

I call Lawn Doctor after seeing them online, and ask if they do Lawn Aeration. They do and Jodi ask some good questions about my lawn and why I need it done and so on. She tells me it will be about a month until they start aerating lawns which is correct on her part and I agree. At that point she did not specify a date but said she would call and the service would take place sometime at the end of April.
A month goes by and I get my call telling me they will be here on the 3rd of May and that the day before they will drop off some flags to mark my sprinklers. I mark my sprinklers and come home from work the next day to find the work done to be completely unacceptable. Parts of my lawn had been skipped, and they committed one of the biggest sins for landscapers, THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP. There were plugs from the Aeration Machine left all over my sidewalk, driveway, and neighbors sidewalk.
I called to complain about my problems and I get a very pompous response from the owner. Telling me how they usually don't do one off jobs and that every company leaves the plugs on the yard. Yes I know every company leave the plugs on the lawn but they don't leave them on cemented walk areas. I ask companies to do one offs to find out if they are competent enough to do other work like weed prevention and fertilization.
Finally they offered no compensation or even offered to come back to clean up. And as someone who spent 7 years as a manager and laborer for my families Lawn Care business which was around for 25 years, I know what is inexcusable when providing landscaping service. And what makes is worse is that the Owner said that he was here at my house watching this happen.
Do not use this company because obviously the owner is incompetent and lazy.
