LANDCOR NURSERY

We purchased 4 trees from Landcor. While Ryan was very helpful, he neglected to tell us there was absolutely no warranty if they do not install the trees. One tree died in less than 30 days, and we were told it was due to the freeze. However, we watched it turn brown over the weeks so obviously it was not the freeze. Ryan determined this from a picture. I understand not having a lengthy warranty on trees; however, if a tree dies in less than 30 days I feel it is irresponsible to not provide a new tree. We were told after numerous unanswered calls, they would offer a discount. I have contacted other nurserys in the area and while most do not offer a lengthy warranty, all would replace within 30 days. In addition, three of the four trees were delivered with an ant infestation. We contacted Landcor and was told that was normal and would have to purchase a special product to rid the ants. I will neither shop this nursery nor recommend this nursery to anyone.
