Kelly's Tailoring & Alteration

She called a week later and I picked up the pants a few days after she left the message. She asked if my pants were the ones that were to be taken in as well as hemmed. I said no. She said a black pair and a brown pair. I said yes. She brought them out and said since I had pins in the sides of the pants she assumed I wanted them taken in and I owe her $40.00 instead of the $20.00 she quoted me. She took $10.00 off my price since she was confused tho she did nit admit it was any of her fault. This could be avoided if she kept records but clearly it isn't that important to her. If you take anything here be sure to write exactly what you want. Also, one pair was not even. The left leg is longer than the right. I'm still looking for a good tailor in Edmond.
