I called her to set up a time to look at our home. During the course of our conversation, I told her that our home was in pretty good condition, but had sustained some water damage and we needed to replace the dining room floor. She seemed very eager, and asked to meet me in 30 minutes. I agreed. Once I left work and was on my way to meet her, she texted me that she actually meant 12:15-not 11:15. I was hopeful that this was an isolated incident. However, once she got to our home, she seemed very concerned with the dining room floor. Perhaps she forgot our conversation? She was also upset about the overall effect of the water damage, claiming that we would more than likely need to replace the entire roof before we could put it on the market. (We repaired the ceiling, but hadn't yet painted over it.) I told her several times that my husband, A CONTRACTOR, looked at the roof and it was fine. She said that because he wasn't a roofer, he didn't really know what he was talking about. At the end of our meeting, she promised to call me that evening, or the next morning at the very latest, to give me a ballpark figure of what we could sell the house for. Unfortunately, she never called. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

The time had come when I was ready to start look at purchasing my first house. I still had a few months before I was ready to purchase but I started looking through a few websites when I came across Kay's website. I found her site to be very easy to navigate and very informative. Since this was my first house, my budget was pretty slim, but after looking through her list I saw several homes I was interested in looking at. I started saving these potential new homes on a list on her page. That same day I logged onto her page I received a response from Kay with all kinds of helpful information. She helped me get in touch with a great lender, who made this whole purchase process very easy. Kay was very knowledgable of several homes in my area that met my criteria. I had a pretty busy schedule and Kay continually researched the market for me and sent me homes that matched my criteria every week. This was very convenient, because all I had to do was check my mail and say lets go check this one out. She was always accessible and willing to work around my schedule to go look at prospect homes. After working with me for a couple months and showing me several homes, I finally found the one I wanted and that fit my budget. After selecting the house, she continued to work h****** my behalf to get me through rest of the process of getting my appraisal lined up, inspection scheduled, etc. Within a few days of selecting the house I was able to close without any hassle. I have now lived in this house over a year and am still glad of the decision I made and the help Kay gave me. Kay made this whole process an awesome experience and I have recommended her to several friends and I RECOMMEND her to YOU!

She is very energetic and willing to travel all over to show you as many listings as you want to look at. My wife really liked her.
