She argued with me about my color choices. In my second bedroom I had letters from President and Mrs. Clinton as well as a letter from Caroline and John Kennedy on the death of their mother. She stole the letter from the Kennedys. She also stole my grandmother's college diploma. She was the first one in our family to graduate from college. I believe she did that out of spite. It is important to me and my family. She also stole a necklace and two bracelets. She stole a whole bottle of Valium too. I had to wait a whole month to get that refilled. I don’t care about the jewelry or medicine, I care about the letter. I wanted to pass that down to my grandchildren. I contacted her when my medicine came up missing. I need that every day and she said she didn’t take it. While she was painting the room that these things were located in, she asked us to wait outside. Do not hire this woman. I believe she is an addict.

What a total pro in every way. Gave me a written estimate including cost of the job and the start and end date of job. Very considerate of that fact that I was living here while the work was going on. Completed job ahead of schedule. I could not have been happier.

I thought that Kathy Ward was very professional. I thought her price was reasonable. I was glad she got the job done on time, and did a great job.
