Jessie Teehee leads the group and met with us to give a run down of what to expect. His experience in the area was obvious in our first meeting and he gave us great confidence in his team, and that we would be well taken care of. 
Jacob Teehee was our buyers agent and was who we worked with the most through the entire process. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely easy to work with.  He was a good listener and worked hard to key in to what we were looking for in a house. His knowledge of real estate, home inspections and the whole process was impressive.
Overall the process was very positive. The team concept made everything so seamless and convenient. We had to finalize our offer paperwork  while we were on vacation out of state and their use of online tools made it very simple. When our house had concerns with the inspection, Jessie made it a point to be on-site and ensure everything was handled with the sellers.  We were never left wondering what was going on and everyone in the team kept us informed of where we were in the process and what to expect next.
