We were horribly disappointed in the service provided by HomeWorx. Not only did they not do due diligence to take care of the property, when we decided to terminate our relationship with them, they billed us for numerous charges and refused to provide receipts for items they claimed they purchased to make ready the property. Homeowners beware. Find another property management company.
