Everything was handled very professionally. For a big company, I was impressed with the personal service that we got. The dishwasher, there was some issues with the installation. They brought the dishwasher out and they sent some guys out that were supposed to do the installation. When they got out here, they said they couldn’t do it because the valve was bad and it was and they said they can’t change it because they were not plumbers. I understood that. So I went back down to Home Depot and the manager, Ed, and the assistant manager, Melinda, gave us their personal attention and we worked through all this. They said they got another company to do that. They will send a plumber and it will fix it all up. We waited and waited and several phone calls later, finally, we get the appointment and this other company shows up. Well, in the meantime, I had sent the dishwasher back and of course when you do that, we had to repurchase the whole thing. The guy puts it in. He made the installation and everything but the way he handled the valve problem instead of shutting it off for the sake that it won’t work, he just shut off the whole house and puts it in and turns it back on and everything is fine. As far as their price and service, they are good.

They sub-contracted the service.  They charged me too much; but I am from a small town and I find everything high.  They were fine; I did not have any problem.  They talked to me and explained to me what needed to be done and what I could do.  They also told me I could call them any time if I had a problem; they were available 24 hours.  They showed up when they said they would.  They did their job and cleaned up the mess.

I had a "Tough Shed" placed on my 40' x 24' slab. Bought through HD. Installation seemed smooth enough but, the employees seemed distracted by their personal problems with their company."Tough Shed" When they were finished, I went back and looked at garage, I noticed the NON structural integrity of the garage, it was very poor. One good wind and the roof would have lifted. I could push on one corner of the unit and rattled the door approx 50' away. Opposite corner. I Re-inforced the garage daigonaly w/ 2x4s and I used huricane straps on every other truss to secure the roof to the walls. Had to add diagonal straps on all walls. ( Many, TOO many nails they used to attach the roof to the walls missed the wood all together.) I would NEVER use Tough Shed again. The vents they put in the ends of it fell out! The painting was horrible. Drips all over the concrete and sloppy.

Cleared several trees from the backyard and needed to chip the debris and grind the stumps. Home Depot Tool Rental was far less expensive than contracting the work out. Equipment rental was quick, efficient, and easy. Prices were resonable. Used for 4 hour on both peices on separate occasions. Equipment was cleaned, fueled and worked well. Counter staff is knowledgable, professional and efficient. Took the time to explain equipment use and helped load it.

I liked Home Depot and the installation company that they used. They were very pleasant and efficient. They sub-contracted the counter tops to another company and they were good too. The counter tops were fantastic.

The countertops look fine, but the installation process was frustrating. Home Depot lost the work order, and then there was another lengthy delay in getting them installed. I was also charged for more material than I needed. Very poor customer service.

The workers at the store from Home Depot were not too helpful to me. Overall though I think they have a good operation. I will use them again.

Overall I have had a good experience with Home Depot. The workers Home Depot used to help me were friendly. I would recommend them for laying tile.

I felt that I paid a good amount to have the job done. I didn't think I would have to watch Home Depot every minute and have to call continually to make sure the job was done the way it should be done. I would never go through them again.

Home Depot did a great job on the door. Everything looks nice and I am completely satisfied. The quality is excellent and I would use them again.

Home Depot is extremely courteous and efficient. They did a good job. I paid exactly what they first estimated. They took time to clean up around the house to make sure nothing was left around the house.

We purchased all materials from Home Depot and used their contractor. They started on schedule and finished on time. The crew arrived on time every day and was considerate and friendly.
