Gutter Pro

Initially i was pleased, the team was nice and arrived on time to do the job they were hired to do. I contracted Gutter Pro through the roofing company I used to replace the roof. The roofing company highly recommended them to me. They installed the gutter while i was at work. Later that night I inspected the work and I had to call Brandon at Gutter Pro and have him return to the house to replace a section of gutter that was mounted at an angle that caused the rainwater to pool into my garage. The second time I had Gutter Pro return to the house the gutters along the back of the house were coming off in more than one location after one of the first rain storms since installation. During this visit when the person arrived to fix the issue he placed a couple more nails and braces and explained to me that they had installed my new gutters to the old boards that were splitting from removing the old gutters. I asked why they didn't replace the boards if they knew this would happen and he said that wasn't part of the job. I asked him why he would not have explained this to me when i spoke to him the morning of installation. He never gave me a straight answer. I then asked him how to fix the problem and he said I would have to remove all the brand new gutters from my house, replace the boards and install guttering all over again. I asked him why he would install the gutters like this knowing that the gutters would simply fall off the house when it rained. He shrugged off my question and left. The very small sections of guttering are the only sections that did not rip right off my house. Total waste of $1000.00
