You can purchase whichever package you like and here are the basic rules: Hours do not roll over month to month. We don't have you sign a contract, but you do get a discount for purchasing multiple hours. 1. Our normal business hours are Mon – Fri from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. We are “available” for Saturday services and evening hours with prior arrangement and could be subject to a higher hourly/flat rate. We are closed on Sunday's and all major holiday’s. 2. Our basic rate is $25.00 an hour with a one hour minimum. If your required job exceeds the 1 hour minimum client will be billed in 15-minute increments of that rate or of the package rate you have chosen. 3. All evening and Saturday services will be billed at $30.00 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum unless prior arrangements have been made. If your required job exceeds the 1 hour client will be billed in 15-minute increments. 4. Any services rendered during holidays will be billed at $35.00 per hour with one (1) hour minimum unless prior arrangements have been made. If your required job exceeds the 1 hour client will be billed in 15-minute increments. 5. We will try and accommodate any emergency or last minute request as best as we can. 6. Our service area is Edmond, Ok and the Greater Oklahoma City area. 7. If you have to cancell services for any reason please give us 24 hour notice by calling our offices at (405) 415-3055 or you will be charged for services that would have been rendered. Emergencies are the exception. 8. The following payment methods are currently accepted: Check, Money Order, Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Long Term Care Insurance, Respite Vouchers, Reverse Mortgage or Life Insurance Policy. 9.
