Great Expectations has been locally owned and operated since 1998. Our Managing Member, alone, has over 28 years’ experience in all phases of residential construction. After meeting with you, we perform a complete inspection of your home, write a line by line estimate detailing the needed repairs, and become your advocate with the insurance company. After we reach a consensus with the carrier on the scope of damages and pricing, we effect those repairs and return your home to a level which, in most cases, looks better than before it was damaged.
