It was excellent, they were very timely and got the job done in 1 day. The owner does a great job and very responsive.

They're very expensive. The workers were fine.

Andrew the Graco contractor was very pleasant to work with.  With that said the service provided was subpar.  The roof they installed was poorly placed and damaged a little in certain spots.  The roof was inspected a few weeks after it was installed and the inspector didn't even think it was new!  Andrew said that the roof shingles were to blame and they were defected but I still think some poor workmanship installing the roof had a little to do with the dismal inspection!  Needless to say I sold the home and Andrew was working with the new owners and the shingle manufacture in order to replace the roof once again!

The workers came in and did their jobs.  If I had a problem, Travis would take care of it.  I would recommend them to anyone!

I chose them because a neighbor suggested them.  There were lower bids by other companies, but I trusted my neighbor.  My patio umbrella was bent by the workers when roofing my house.  The manager of the job argued with me over  roofing defect placed near the flashing over the hot water heater.  Then he called many times asking if I had received the check from the insurance yet.  I asked for the thicker gauge metal on my guttering, but got the thinner type, then was told it was all the same. The job was ultimately adequate after some secondary repairs, but the salesman/manager was awful.  I finally asked that they bar him from contacting me.  A basically unpleasant memory.

I spent many hours, days, time at work on the phone with city inspector for hot water tank, plumbing company, salesman, etc. I chose a construction company so they could do it all and leave me out of it. My husband missed many hours of work meeting various workmen, inspectors, etc. The whole experience has been a nightmare!! I am sorry I didn't use someone that was well rated on this list! (they were not on this list) The salesman was very argumentative when I complained. They repaired or replaced all they damaged, but the guttering is not the same thickness of metal as promised. I'm still waiting for the new guttering on my porch. I highly regret my decision to use them.
