Used Glazier multiple times over the years for various jobs. The most recent was to repair a portion of my outdoor gas line used for my gas grill. I've always found Dan to be responsive and reliable. Both are qualities I value highly in a plumber. Seems many of my repairs are unplanned and/or sometimes a borderline emergency. He performed the gas line replacement in a way that was cost effective and not requiring a more expensive approach. I've recommended him to both my brother and parents who also have had good results.

He did a great job, but he over charged me by a half hour at $89.00 an hour in my opinion.  When I called him to question him he said he started charging me the minute he called and said he was on the way to my house.  He arrived at my house at 10:00 am and left at 11:15 am.  I guess I should be happy he wasn't an hour away.  I have never had a contractor start charging me while they are still at another job site.

Glazier has done numerous jobs for me, including ixing busted pipes, a french drain,, fixing the sprinkler system, showed me what to do with a jammed garbage disposal.  All the jobs went well.

I had a weird problem with my hot water tank.  The tank is new.  I just bought it last year.  It's an unusual size.  It is 80 gallons, my bedroom size in the house.  The water wouldn't get warm.  The guy from Glazier replaced some of the parts on the hot water tank and that didn't fix the problem.  After two days, he discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes.  He did something to the pipe.  He rerouted.  He put a plastic tubing through the pipe all the way underneath the concrete without tearing up anything.  He had to cut up a few holes, but he fixed those.  I was amazed that he was able to do that.  Usually that job would have cost thousands of dollars.  I was amazed.  He is very good.  I have used him a lot.  Overall, he was excellent.  I guess the price is all relative.  That was a lot of money to me but for the work involved and that it took two days, I suppose that it was fair.  I think he is very competitive and he does good work.  The quality is excellent.  His responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent.

Called to arrange service and Scott showed up as agreeded.  Additional work needed to be done so he came back and did that three days later.  Scott is very smart, works fast and is a good problem solver.  I wouldn't use anyone else.

He is the only plumber that dosen't charge service charges to show up. He is very competent. He knows what he is doing.
