Overall good experience. Quote was best I received out of 3, so priced competitively and was able to install the generator fairly quickly (within a couple of weeks I believe). I didn't love where the generator had to be placed but I understand that was to comply with code. What I did not know ahead of time was that a control box would also need to be installed and according to "code" it meant that they had to take off one of my carriage lights outside of my garage. It was disappointing to have another eyesore added without knowing it ahead of time. I would still use Faith again, as this box would need to be there with whatever company I used, I would just let other consumers know to ask about the location of the generator but also the control box ahead of time.

I scheduled my first service call for my generator. The serviceman did not show up and when I called he apologized, he forgot when he scheduled the appointment that he would be on vacation. He also forgot to give me a call to move the service appointment. He came out right away when he got off vacation and very professionally serviced my generator.

I was pleased with the job completed. I was also given an estimate for future work requested to add an electric wall heater in my master bath.

Prompt, professional, and expert job. All went smooth and they follow-up with the customer to make sure the customer is happy. We have them service the generator every year and they do an outstanding job.

Everything went smoothly, except for dealing with the different OKC inspectors failing small things. My project would be placed back on a waiting list to get fixed, so I had an open trench for a little while. Once everything got the green light from the city, they finished the project. The project leaders were very respectful and explained the process. I highly recommend getting a bid from Faith Electric.

Happy with our decision. Originally this started rough with the sales team and some of the office staff but it turned around and ended up being a really good experience.

They were good about fixing everything. We did have an issue but they were good about coming back and tending to it. They were pretty prompt. I would use them again. They did double check their work.

I hired Faith Elect. a couple of mos. ago to complete the work which a general contractor abandoned when he "walked off the job". They had to make several appts. to complete the work due to the status of the construction. When the elect. arrived to complete the taks of installing lights and appliances, they possessed stellar professionalism and expertise.
I appreciate the integrity of the company and their willingness to work with their customers. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The two electricians whom came out for the work are outstanding; professional and courteous. They cleaned up any debris which occurred from their tasks. I will use them again and refer them to others.

They cancelled original install months ago due to illness of workers. They did offer discount to make up for the delay, We rushed back from out of state to be here for new work date. They never showed, When I called, they had changed it to 2 days later without telling me.
Was told they would show up at 8 am & job would take 1 day. First work day, no show at 8 am & no call. Finally arrived after 10:15 & started work at 10:30 am. Stopped work & left after 4 hours at 2:30 pm.
Arrived after 9 am 2nd day. Worked till 3:30 pm. Left around 4:20 pm after we discussed changing some plans. One worker knocked down support for suspended HVAC unit in cellar. Didn't bother to put it back or tell me. I put it back & told supervisor about it. Asked him to warn his co-worker to watch what he was doing because he could have been injured; besides seriously damaging the HVAC system & ductwork.
They showed me scratches/gouge they made when installing one outlet. Said they would fix but didn't. Had expensive/fragile items covered with covers in one room for protection. Found their heavy tools laying on top of the covers. They also laid heavy, dirty saws & some equipment on furniture.
Instead of adding a new grounded outlet next to an existing ungrounded one as instructed, they used the ungrounded outlet. Asked me about it when I walked in to check on progress. (He already had it 75% done) So instead of having one grounded outlet & one ungrounded, I have only one outlet.
We agreed to install 4 less outlets & install a switch & light fixture, add a couple of GFCI outlets, & replace a fan light switch that I went & got. They lowered the price also. Installing less outlets kept them from crawling in dirt cellar & climbing ladders outside to run more conduit.
3rd & last day, sounded like WW3 as they rushed to finish. Heard loud boom & thought it was earthquake. One of them slammed the cellar door harder then I've ever heard it. Went down after they left & he had knocked down HVAC support post AGAIN! And didn't tell me of course.

New outlets in 2nd part of house were supposed to be run to new circuit at breaker box. Can't tell for sure but it looks like they just tied on to an existing circuit nearby instead of going all the way back to breaker box.
Both guys were nice. Said work meeting made them late first day. Other work reasons the next day. I told them they should call if they are going to be late & that we were told by office they would arrive at 8 am every day.
Don't hire unless you can watch them every second, you don't mind them taking shortcuts without asking or telling you, & you don't mind jobs taking 3 times as long as estimate.
A month earlier, in-laws had bathroom updated by unrelated company. 1 week job took a month as they went without a shower for 3 weeks. Is there no one who does work like back in the 50's/60's? When people took pride in their work & treated their customers like they wanted to be treated (or better)?

$185
I paid Faith Electric $185 to install an electrical outlet on my back patio and make a few other small repairs. In short order, after a few uses, the plug pulled away from the wall and then quit working altogether. After dragging my feet for months, I finally called them to complain about the non-working outlet. To my surprise, they sent a technician out to my house within about 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything more. This is the way business should be done. They stood behind their work and it was very much appreciatedt. I will call them whenever the need arises.
