Jamie did a very thorough job with our inspection. He didn't overlook any area or any detail. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about any potential problems with the property. We felt we could make a very educated and informed decision after his inspection. We will use JAB Properties, specially Jamie anytime we have a house or property to purchase. We know he will tell us the truth and not just say 'what we want to hear'. We felt he was definitely looking out for our best interest.

What can I say, James is impressive and passionate about what he does. Mold evaluation and testing was thorough, and the report/recommendations was very detailed with correlations to the pictures included. He called and scheduled immediately and from the visit to my home got the test results in 24 hours. He went out of his way to help and offer advice, have called him a couple times after he was done for questions. He's really helped me navigate the process of what to do when you have bad mold- I was clueless and now I have direction. Thanks so much, James, you are great!

I totally recommend Jamie. Explained our problem to him on a Thursday and he came out the next Tuesday! I had to bring my son to the ER because of Asthma symptoms. He had moved into a house that had mold. Jamie found the problem and the test results were back to us within 24 hours. Having the work done now! My son feels so much better knowing what was causing his symptoms! I talked to another company first, but Jamie was so much more personable and his price was better! Definitely give him a call! D.D. Mr. Jamie was very thourogh in his work process. He guided me through all the steps that need to be taken. I also like how he was the first to respond. He was a very nice fella almost made me feel like i had known him for years, i would recomend him to anyone.

Jamie is a very nice guy, however, he did not prepare us for the test at all. Turns out, in order to get the most accurate results you need to keep all doors and windows closed for a couple days prior. The house is empty and the weather was great so when in the home the doors and windows were wide open. This resulted in a lot of wasted time and Jamie did come back out and retest but instead of doing it for free, like he should have becaus it was his lack of preparing the client that caused necessary retest, he charged $200. Total cost $550. If he would have been upstanding and done the second test for free I would be giving a different review..
