They had me measure the door over the phone. I gave the lady the measurements. They sent the guy out with all the materials he needed for the job. He said I did not measure right and he did not have all the materials he needed. So he had to leave. This was a surprise for my husband so I had moved everything to get it done. We had to reschedule so I had to put everything back the way it was and then move it again for the rescheduled date. It was a little frustrating. The guy that did the work was very friendly and professional and he did a good job. Make sure the gals in the phone get it straight before you have them come out.
