Quality, knowledge, professionalism. They showed up on time. They installed the whole media room. They made good recommendations. Best service provider I have dealt with in OKC. Good for them!! And for me.

Overall, the installation went well - no surprises or problems.  We had several delays due to shipping problems, but Damon adjusted his schedule accordingly.  He was very accomodating to providing good service. 
The new LED TV was mounted on the wall with the wires dropped down - hidden behind the wall - to the sound system in the TV console.  We have AT&T U-verse and Damon got that hooked up with our sound system.  He also got the TV integrated into our Wi-Fi network. 
The installation took about half a day.  Everything went smoothly.  We are very happy with our new TV and the installation.  Damon's experience and preparation insured that we have a TV system that works to our satisfaction.  I couldn't have done it myself!!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jay and Travis throughout the process of their work at our residence.  They are very professional and knowledgeable, and offered us great advice.  They began by salvaging some high dollar equipment which had been integrated *very poorly* by another company (and which never worked right from the beginning).  They managed to take that equipment and merge it with the Control4 equipment they recommended to build a very nice home system for us.
Like any technical project, there are glitches.  But the Fusion folks dealt with each one as soon as it arose. For example, we had special internal local area networking requirements that weren't the norm but Travis overcame all those non-standard requirements and made the audio/visual components work seamlessly with the rest of the computing equipment in our home.
Like owners of any new system, we forgot several times how some controls worked, but Jay was wonderful about responding to texts and phone calls to help us. We have already requested that they come back and add some home automation and security features.
Although not directly connected to the quality of service, we'd also like to commend Fusion for the choice in equipment they proposed to us.  The Control4 line of residential products has been easy to use and reliable. We can control our audiovisual equipment with any iPhone, iPad in the house.  Love it!
Based on our past experience, we plan on using Fusion Integration for anything to do with home entertainment, security or automation. Bottom line: We can enthusiastically recommend Fusion Integration.

They did an excellent job.  They were here on time, and they cleaned up after themselves.  Also, they answered all my questions.  They were courteous and very knowledgeable.

First visit with proposal in Dec.  Began installation in Jan. but needed to make some changes.  Finished in Feb.  Gave a discount for the delays.

These guys are the best installers I've ever used.  I've had a lot of experience with house AV, and these guys know their stuff, are flexible with payments, and have come out several times to make sure everything was working correctly.  I've shown my friends what they have done and they were amazed.  Great experience.

Their punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail is what set them a part from ANY service provider that I have ever encountered.  Adding to that the "fun factor" of their audio, video and computer products and services that were installed, my experience with the company and their staff was 2nd to none.  Have enjoyed the products now for over a year, and have added more.  They have trained my wife and I both on the simple to use system and we now have audio, video, computer networks that work and truly "simplify our digital life", which is what they advertise.  Great customer experience!
