Went very well. I feel confident that they did above and beyond to make sure that all moisture was removed. When we informed our insurance company of whom we used they said that they had worked with them many times and that we had made a great choice. We totally agree. I think without their guidance and professionalism we would have made some bad moves on our own. If you haven't been thru this before there are no words to explain the devastation and helplessness you feel. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do they will definitely be who I will call.
