I have used this Firestone Service Center on several occasions, primarily for routine preventative maintenance. I have also used them to change an alternator on one vehicle, and more extensive service work on another vehicle in the past. I have always been pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism. In my experiences, all the staff has been courteous and responsive to questions and concerns.

They were very prompt in getting us in and our car repaired in the same day. We were hearing some noises coming from our brakes so we took the car in. They advised us that our brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced which was to be expected since they were original. We also had new tires and an alignment. They were prompt in their repairs and kept us informed through the whole process.
