 + -1 moreI ultimately went with my bank for a refinance because they had lower fees (rates were same as Financial Concepts) and said they could beat the mortgage company only because I was a current customer.
Description of Work: I applied with them to refinance my home. They were extremely professional and prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions.

Description of Work: Cheryl did a wonderful job of taking care of my mortgage needs. She did everything needed to make sure our closing was successful with no problems. I remember her saying, if there are closing issues it is most likely your mortgage rep. Use Cheryl, you won't be disappointed. She is honest, friendly and has the most knowledge of anyone I've worked with in the mortgage industry. Today I called her because one of my friends was having trouble with their mortgage broker lying about their closing. Closing kept getting moved because he didn't do the basic paperwork. Cheryl offered to help. She is always going above and beyond because she wants it done correctly for the buyer. Call her, if you have someone already chosen to use, call her and talk with her, you will know immediately she is the one you should use.
