The staff here is very friendly and accommodating--I have gone here for years and before when they were at a different location--the current staff of three docs is really excellent They really seem to care about your pet and give you the time necessary to ask questions--they never rush you They will follow up with phone calls to see how your pet is doing  The doc I deal with the most is Dr. Cooper who reminds me of an old country doctor--really good and pleasant to deal with and will chat with you about things the way the old time doctors did The ladies, Drs. Bray and Casey are very good, too.  I would highly recommend this facility

They really love the animals that they treat. They treat us like family. All the doctors are very warm, loving, kind and responsive. I think Dr Bray is an absolute angel. When Molly was hurt, Dr Bray would come in on her days off to check on her. She would call me after hours to check on Molly. My neighbor's dog was so sick she had to be put down and they go to Family Pet Hospital also. Their whole process for euthanesia was so professional and so beautiful. They have a separate peaceful room where you can be with your pet and they give you time with your animal to grieve. The facilities are always absolutely sparkling clean. After your dog has a procedure, they call and follow up on how they're doing. There are three doctors in the clinic and they're all wonderful. The receptionists are knowledgeable and so warm and kind. They are the best!

Wendy Bray was the veterinarian there. It was an average experience. The support staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to call and make my appointment. They called with the reminder of my appointment. It was easy to find the location. It was clean but I didn't love the vet herself. In terms of price, it was the first time I have been to the vet here and I haven't checked other places. They did send me home with a whole little folder with all kinds of information. There were all kinds of stuff in there for training. I am going to look for another veterinarian because of a very, very specific reason. I feed my dog a raw diet and there aren't a lot of veterinarians to support a raw diet. I am going to look for one who does. Ninety percent of the people who are looking for a vet would be thrilled with the service they received but I wasn't.

We started using them when we moved here and continued to use them for convince because they are very close to our house. The staff is very courteous and they always call to see how our pets are doing. The price is higher than some of the others in the area. The staff is very friendly. They have a brand new facility.

We love Family Pet Hospital! They really advocate for their patients; when we were going to put my dog down, Dr. Casey tried different treatments right up to the last moment, and the last one finally worked (the dog is alive and well today!). Most of the vet techs are great and very knowledgeable and helpful, especially one (I think her name is Dianna). We've mainly seen Dr. Cooper and Dr. Casey, and they are really great veterinarians. One thing that I really like about them is that they are willing to admit when they are out of their depth and refer patients to other veterinarians, rather than just running more tests and not fixing the problem. They also do a full exam every time you come in, which is really refreshing compared to other vet practices we have been to. They also strike me as really smart people who are really interested in their jobs and actually think about the problems they are seeing instead of just prescribing meds, which is exactly what I want in any doctor.
The prices are pretty steep, but they are worth it. They also have wellness packages where you pay for certain things in advance (like vaccinations) and then get free office visits, which is really nice since a lot of time the office visit is the biggest charge!
They are also an excellent place to board. They don't board many animals, but they take great care of the ones they do. My dog loves all the kennel techs there, and I love the treatment he gets. My cat also loves them, and he doesn't typically like being handled by strangers. It's also nice to know that these two animals with heath conditions are within reach of their vets when I am out of town.
Overall, HIGHLY recommended.

As always, the support staff is very professional and sincerely care for your pet. Dr. Bray has the same professionalism and caring attitude. She is a very thorough veterinarian with the drive and knowledge to make the best possible decisions for the health of your pet. Molly's thyroid came back low normal but we will take conservative approach and monitor her weight. For Sam, the cytology came back a benign growth. When we had our discussion with Dr. Bray, it was decided that we could wait for Sam's dental procedure to remove the growth.

They were great. Our beloved dog, Boomer, a 12 year old Shih Tzu, was having trouble walking, so we took her in. They ran some tests, told us what they thought was wrong, gave us medicine and sent us home with the comment to call if anything else seemed wrong. Boy did it ever go wrong, our dog had a massive seizure and we called FPH and they told us to bring her in right away. They swept her out of my arms when we got there and quickly got her on oxygen. She was not happy, but she was alive. They did some more tests and said she needed a blood transfusion, but with the right care we could keep her alive although it would be touch and go. Well, this dog is a tough old biddy, so we took the chance and the Family Pet Hospital staff was with us all the way. Happy to report that Boomer is up and running today thanks to the staff at Family Pet Hospital.

Dr. Cooper is a very competent veterinarian. He demonstrates compassion and concern for both my pet and me. I trust his judgement completely. I highly recommend him.

It was a fine experience. They were quick to get her in and see her. They were also very quick to identify what the issue was. They were very professional. The prescriptions they prescribed worked very well. I am confident in their ability to care for my animals.

I like them a lot, I've been with them a long time - more than 15 years. I've always been very pleased with them. I think the quality of work is very good.

I love my vet. Her name is Wendy Bray. There are two vets there. She cares about the animals. She is knowledgeable and doesn't try to stick me for things. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and she keeps people so there isn't a turnover in staff. I've been going to her for about ten years.

Dr Bray found strange counts in her urine culture, so was very good at following up and making sure Tiger was treated. She found she had a mass and referred us to a surgeon immediately. Because of Dr Bray's diagnosis, Tiger is happy and healthy!

My cat started hiding and acting like he had a stroke. I called Dr Bray's office first thing and they had me bring him in right away. Dr Bray evaluated him right away. She examined him, checked his blood sugar (he is a diabetic), performed reflex and looked into his eyes - luckily he didn't have a stroke. She ran urine tests and even sent them off to double-check because she couldn't find anything wrong. But after spending 30 min or so with him she saw what I had seen - he had something wrong. She kept him the rest of the day and evaluated him. She found he had been hurt (probably from my dog) stepping on him. He is doing great and is back to his old self.

Dr. Bray is an outstanding vet. She loves animals and it shows. She will treat your pet as if it were her own. She is the best vet I've encountered in my 26 years of adult pet ownership. I would most strongly recommend her to anyone with a household pet.
