Ron Gibbs, the owner of Emery Air Conditioning and all of the company technicians were professional and competent in diagnosing and repairing our air conditioning system. There were multiple issues with our two A/C units. If you are looking for a local company that delivers great service look no further, Emery Air Conditioning is the best.

Excellent experience. Mark was prompt and communicated very well. He traced my problem to simple rust and debris buildup, although I would have believed a more costly solution involving replacement parts. He cleaned not only the burner rails, which were the cause of the problem but also the heat enchanger which was a problem waiting to happen. This was all done at what I think is a very reasonable price.

Very professional. Arrived on time, communicated what he was doing and why. Answered all my questions with honesty, I had two other well know companies out in the last month to try and fix the problem. One replaced the moter, one added freon. Neither solved the problem. Emory determined problem and repaired it within 2 hrs. When I buy a new system Emory will be the first company I call. Prompt, trustworthy, cost-effective!

Mark is prompt, priced reasonable and a pleasure to work with. He answers his phone immediately and works me into his schedule every time. Although he has serviced Heating and Air for many years, he is a new business and needs an opportunity to build clientelle. Because of that he is an excellent value!
