I called 4 people for estimates on stretching the carpet. Chris is the only one who came out to look at the carpet and then give an estimate. He showed up on time for the estimate and for the repair. He asked me to examine his job performance before he left and approve it. He was pleasant, courteous and punctual, all of which are a rarity in service personnel lately.
