As a renter moving out, I hired Elevated Cleaning Solutions to do the move-out deep clean May 20. 1900 sq ft house. 1 story. Empty. Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning to ensure they were done. Total cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Gave a 5 star rating (that I can't find anywhere to adjust). The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Sent me a message that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Honestly, I thought it was impossible. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. Sure enough. Using a broom, I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Maybe they just missed the floors as the last thing they do. Took pictures of the dust pan full of hair and dirt, and dirty baseboards and sent to them. Called the company and they said I only had a 24-48 hour window to adjust. Since I already paid, the window had expired and I gave a 5 star rating, they are done. Said it was my problem. What I learned: Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that won't stand behind their work. Regardless of the window, this was an empty house and no one had been it in since them. Quite obviously a mistake they could have solved quickly. I have since cleaned the floors and baseboards myself. I will not be using this company ever again. Highly recommend you do the same.

My house looks and smells so clean. Pam does an amazing job she notices and handles even the smallest detail. Would recommend Elevated Cleaning Solutions for any cleaning needs. They are very professional and accommodating!!

Just some of the photos of the lackluster cleaning in the house, women on the phone had the audacity to claim that either our home was dirty and they couldn’t get to it all or that “dust & dirt” settled after the clean, no lady your people just didn’t clean my house, I ended up coming home and having to clean the house myself. Disgusting customer service and poor cleaning quality. Failed entirely to clean one of the bathrooms despite it being made clear that I wanted ALL bathrooms to have a deep clean. If the way they left my bathrooms is what they consider a deep clean then I dread to see the state of their homes. Their cleaning checklist said they dusted surfaces yet absolutely NOTHING had been moved from the surfaces and they hadn’t been dusted, floors hadn’t been mopped properly, mirrors not cleaned, sinks and baths not cleaned properly, shower floors not cleaned. Kitchen sink not cleaned. Blinds hadn’t been dusted, baseboards 100% had not been wiped let alone vacuumed for the majority. Toilets still dirty. I’ve had cleaning services for years, previous cleaner would be in my home for 5 hours on her own, and clean the ENTIRE house not just the main floor and my house was absolutely spotless, she never missed a spot. Sadly she moved away and was hoping a new company would do just a good of a job. Clearly I was wrong. I would 100% avoid this company, basically have paid them for me to clean my own house. They offered to “discount” the clean No thanks, I want a full refund, if needed I’ll dispute it with the bank. I paid for a service that I didn’t receive.

Both cleaners arrived without face masks. The kitchen trash wasn’t removed. The home was cleaned well.

They have been awesome to work with so far and did an outstanding job with our home. They have exceeded my expectations.

Elevated Cleaning puts a smile on my face every time they clean my home. They send the same cleaner to each appointment and I know she's someone I can trust, which I like. Once she was sick, and they called and gave me a choice whether I wanted another cleaner to come out at my usual time or my regular cleaner to come out a couple days later. I had them send someone that same day, and that cleaner was also great. Nice to have a choice too.

I've always been very happy with the job this company's cleaners do, and the owners call me often to check on my needs and how well the job was done. Thanks again for providing great service.

Thanks again for all the hard work over the last week. ECS helped me get a residence ready for sale that was a former hoarder house. They subcontracted the junk hauling, then came behind and cleaned until the place was spotless. I knew it was going to be a tough job, but they did the best anyone would have done. Good service, friendly people.

Both ladies who came to my home were professional and on time. They did a great job cleaning my bathrooms and kitchen. The customer service rep was able to adjust my cleaning time to help accommodate my schedule.
