The son of the owner talks big but then goes back on what he says. My husband who is normally very professional lost it with the son. I have never seen my his and get like that with anyone. The father/owner is easy to deal with and made everything right. Ed told me to just deal with him going forward. So I called to have Ed come to do another tree. His son answered and then proceeded to lecture me on how things work. So I told him that we will go with a different company. I feel bad because I think this son will and is probably going to single handily ruin this names name and business.

An ice storm took out two of my big trees. The pricing was real good. He was responsive but just didn't really perform. He got the bulk of the work done but there were other things that were promised that didn't get done.
