Dents on demand removed several small door dings on the side of my car.  I used the $100 AngiesList special coupon. The work was performed quickly and the results were excellent.  They removed a ding that I probably should have paid for but they included it in the cost of removing the other dings.  Their shop in Edmond is a little tough to find.  Overall, very satisfied and recommend for pointless hail or other dent removal.

When car came back we noticed that headlights where not polished and car was not cleaned.   We also noticed that right rear taillight was not working correctly.

They came and took the car again to polish headlights and clean car and they fixed the taillight. 

They where professional and curtious and except for needing to come twice.  The dent repair was very good and overall I was happy.

They had my Chevrolet Cruze for three days and completely removed all the dents covering the hood, the top, the rear deck and even on the doors, all without having to repaint any part of the car. Some of the dents were very deep and there were so many I didn't think they would get them all, but they did.  I was totally amazed at the quality of the finish after they were done. The best part was they came  down from Edmond to Bethany, Ok to pick the car up and then returned it to me three days later. They even offered the use of a loaner car, although we didn't need it. They even handled all the paper work with the insurance company.  My wife and I are extremely pleased with the job they did.

My daughter got their name from a co-worker so I gave them a call. Within an hour Chalsea was out at the house looking over the car and giving me an estiment. The next day I drove my car out to Dents on Demand, I was then taken to Enterprise where they had already made arrangements for a car for me. I was told it would take a week and low and behold a week later Chelsea called me to say the car was ready. It looks AMAZING!!! All the dents are gone, it looks like the day we bought it. We were not out of pocket a dime, and in fact Chelsea found dents that out USAA adjuster had missed and they repaired those as well.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in the OKC area with extensive hail damage to their car. My car was damaged in a hail storm so I had the insurance company come out and give me a quote for the damages. After I had their baseline estimate I read reviews on Angie's List and the web about several hail repair companies. I chose Dents on Demand after reading the excellent reviews on Angie's List and then calling to speak with their representatives. Having never gone through this process before I had lots of questions and concerns, all of which were address immediately and in a way that instilled confidence. I dropped off my car on a Friday and it was ready for pick-up the following Thursday. This is a slightly longer time turn around time simply because Dents on Demand had to contact my insurance company and could not get an insurance inspector out over the weekend. While my car was in the shop I was provided a rental car free of charge, and Dents on Demand even covered my deductible. I am extremely please with the quality of work provided by Dents on Demand. There is no residual hail damage and my car looks wonderful (I appreciated the car wash too!). Great company and wonderful customer service!

The hail damage was completely repaired. You'd never know there was the slightest dent anywhere on the vehicle. They do paintless dent repair, which means they don't puncture the car and then repaint. It is the method preferred by insurance companies (and by us!). There was a pretty bad paint chip on the hood, so after they removed the hail damage, they had a body shop completely repaint the hood (the insurance company had suggested spot painting, but Dents on Demand felt that was substandard, and they had it done right, for the same price).
The sales rep, Chelsea was knowledgable, pleasant, and always returned phone calls promptly. She dealt with the insurance adjuster, and made sure that the insurance settlement was appropriate.
They waive the deductible, so the repair didn't cost us anything. In addition, if you don't have rental car insurance, they will pay for the rental car while your car is in the shop.
The repair wasn't cheap, but if you have Comprehensive coverage, they make sure you don't pay anything out of pocket. I'm sure there are other hail repair places that do the same thing and do good work, but we are 100% thrilled with the work and the entire experience we had with Dents on Demand. We would definitely use them again, without hesitation.
They are not a startup business, and they have a brick-and-mortar location in Edmond, where they do the work (except for body shop work). You can trust them.

I called Dents On Demand after a hail storm beat up my car pretty bad. Ryan Tucker, the owner, came to my house to look at my car. Ryan offered to wave my $500 deductible and even put me up in a rental car. I dropped my car off on a Friday after work and they actually had all the dents knocked out by Sunday. Unfortunately, there was an area that had to be repainted. Dents on Demand took it too a body shop to get painted, this took the longest amount of time. Overall I was very happy with my experience. I didn't want to have to leave my car in a body shop for 3 to 4 weeks, and Dents On Demand got it done in six days. The crew at Dents On Demand acted very professionally, They have an actually physical location which was comforting. I received multiple update calls on my car and any call I placed was returned promptly by the owner.
