They are really good. They buy Koi for me in Japan and take care of my fishes when they get sick. I pay 200 dollar a month for the maintenance. When they deal with sickness the price depends on what it is and what kind of medication they are providing. When they buy Koi the price depends on the price of Koi which can go from 20 dollars to 200000. I don't have any of those but there are people who have those.

Crosstimber Koi & Pondering Stuff comes out once a year. They change the water and clean the pond and the filter system. They also treated the water. They also tend to the water lilies and the Koy fish.
