The counseled us on what should be done to make the sale go better for us and to maximize our return on the investment we have in our home~~The did that in in grand style we sold for actual listing price with no conditions. they took photo of the home and their web site was amazing in how is showed the home we had several friends contact us and ask why are you selling this home it is wonderful! We need a different floor plan The Nevius Team worked with us looking at over 30 homes in a very short time to find what we wanted they really care about the client and their needs and wants. They never pushed us or tried to influence our decision "you will know when it is right" it is your decision and we will look until you find what you want. The home we finally decided on was on the market one day and they had us there looking and they were right it was a great home completely updated 12 year old home looking new!!!

Nothing left to say. Tracy is an exceptional real estate agent. We looked at over 40 houses, found one we liked and signed a contract. After signing the contract we returned to the house to take measurements and this time we noticed a column that was leaning and a crack in the entry way. Tracy showed us about 20 more houses until we found the current one which we are extremely happy with.
