Do NOT use Lola Allen!!! BEWARE!!!! Awful realtor!! Sneaky and goes behind your back to get herself more money! Stay away from this untrustworthy realtor!! You will pay!

After we had closed on the home listed by Churchill Brown (Rhonda Bratton - agent), we discovered that some material information had been omitted from the legally-required disclosure document the sellers provided to us. This document failed to disclose defects that, had we known about in advance, would have resulted in our not making an offer on the house. Ms. Bratton and her firm refused to become involved in any way in assisting to resolve this issue. In fact, Ms. Bratton told me she did not know how to contact the seller, which I found difficult to believe since the sellers had already moved to a new home in Yukon prior to even receiving our offer to purchase. While I realize that the agent works for the seller,  I would have expected an honorable firm and its representative to work to resolve an issue like this, especially since they realized financial gain from purchase. With the assistance of an attorney, we ultimately received from the sellers a monetary settlement that helped to repair the defects.

I used them to list my house. They are easy to get a hold of. I think when it comes to price everyone charges the same.

Cathy worked with me to buy a home.   I traveled from Dallas to Okc to look and it took maybe 5 or 6 trips for me to find a home I liked.   For a realtor, she is ok.  I drove 200+ miles and was always on time for our appointments.  I can't say the same about Cathy.  She was late for most appointments and she only needed to drive a few miles.

I'm disappointed with her now because she has become totally non-responsive regarding a contractor she referred to me.  She had him meet us at my house the day off the closing.   Since I was from out of state, I relied on her endorsement / referral of this guy.

I've held off for months hoping this guy would take care of all the things that were wrong.  I talked to Cathy Riley on several occasions, but never led her to believe I was having problems.  I wanted to trust this guy to make things right.  But he didn't.   Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't hire this guy to paint a fence.

As long as Cathy Riley believed my experiences with Jason Adams were positive, she was available.  But as soon as she learned there were problems and I was not happy - she quit being responsive.   All it would take is a phone call. 

We had an extremely positive experience with Churchill-Brown, and our agent Lola Allen. I really couldn't recommend her more. We were moving to the Edmond area from out-of-state and had previously connected with a couple of other agents with other Realtors, however we were never happy with quality of service that we received. Through word of mouth, we found Lola Allen and the difference was immediate. She constantly went out of her way to work with us to find exactly what we wanted. She has an extraordinary knowledge of the ins and outs of Edmond, both from a technical standpoint and a personal perspective. Since we were moving from out-of-state, we had a tight time constraint to get things done; while most agents would put in their 9 to 5, Lola worked with us from sun-up to sun-down to make sure we found exactly what we wanted and refused to compromise until we found it. She was honest and forthright in all of her communication. If you're looking for the best agent in Edmond, she has to be considered near the top of your list.
