Great! They have pleasant and knowledgeable people to answer the phone and at the counter. You get a good impression right away. And then you get an even better impression when you arrive at their location. It's a nice brick building in a nice neighborhood. No smelly converted gas station. We needed work done on the breaks for one car. I decided to try them because of their high rating on Angie's List. I arrived at my appointment time. My mother followed me to give me a ride. By the time my mom & I were pulling out of the parking lot, a service representative was already in my car testing the brakes. We had one of our cars serviced last time at a dealer. The service was terrible & too expensive. Christian Brothers is different. They did the same service at two-thirds the cost than the dealer. They also have many, many service awards discreetly on display behind the counter. I'm very pleased!

Simple fix on an electrical connection at the compressor. Resulted in a $65 repair. They were honest and straight forward. I'll go back if I have other auto issues.

Christian Brothers Automotive is the only place I will take my vehicles for service as long as I live in Edmond. I tried other places in town after we moved here and once I found CBA, I was hooked. They installed a rebuilt transmission in my 2000 Honda Accord and it runs perfectly. They do all my oil changes and routine maintenance as well, and they always do excellent work. They never recommend services or products that aren't needed, and they keep track of the manufacturer's recommended service schedule so that I don't even give car maintenance a second thought. I trust them completely and have confidence that they are doing what is best to keep my vehicles running smoothly. They are honest and friendly and very customer-oriented.
I also had them perform "Pre-purchase inspection" on several used cars I was considering for my daughter, and they saved me a ton of headaches by giving me an accurate assessment of the cars, allowing me to avoid some undesirable options. When I finally bought a used car, I had the work done that they recommended on their inspection and haven't had any new problems come up since then, so I feel like they were thorough in their inspection and caught everything that needed to be done.
They also offer courtesy rides, but you have to schedule that in advance, so if you need a ride when you drop off your car, make sure you mention that.
Overall, I have been completely satisfied with their service and would gladly recommend them to service your car.

Dropped off my 2008 Ford F-150 for service because the engine had a severe miss fire. The clerk advised me it would be $99 for a full diagnostic check to determine what the problem was and I agreed. After the diagnostic check, they determined it needed a tune up. Where the train went off the tracks is; the diagnostic check revealed that the #3 cylinder had no compression. Instead of doing what most mechanics would have done which is spend a minute to address if the loss of compression was repairable, they went ahead and completed the full tune up and replaced the plug boots. Then after spending 3.5 hours on the tune up, they decided that the #3 cylinder was indeed bad and told me I needed a new engine, but on the bright side the bad engine has a new tune up and new boots; that will be $684.55. I've injected a little levity into this bad situation because I'm frustrated for being cheated so badly. How incompetent or scandalous is Christian Brothers that they can sleep at night after cheating a customer. I've spoken to 3 mechanics since and each verifies that NO ONE would complete the tune up after discovering the engine was bad to the point they couldn't repair it. I sincerely recommend that no one ever takes their vehicle to these sorry cheating mechanics.....ever!

I called and dropped the vehichle off early in the morning, by lunch time I received a call stating the vehicle was ready for pickup. Overall the service person was very freindly and helpful. I also spoke with the owner and found out that they take great pride in there work. So far no issues at all. This is the second time I have used them.

Overall we are disgruntled now about anything beyond a basic oil change and are lookinging for someone else to use for our mechanic work. The window saga continues as the funny thing is this company had replaced the window motor twice before in last 4 or 5 years. I have never heard of a window motor wearing out that fast. We never replaced the passenger side window motor. We have now chosen to just not use the driver's window. My other complaint is about the worker who took the quarters out of the van door. I leave 2 of them there all the time for a store I go to and I had just went to that store so I know those quarters were there. All that remained were the pennies which they just left in the floor boards after fixing the drivers window in the up postion. It may just be one employee but it reflects on all the workers unfortunately. They seem like very friendly people but I am just not sure of the quality of work or the parts . We also wanted to like them, but as I stated we are now looking for another mechanic.

They did not hook everything up correctly. The windows, radio, and windshield wipers kept going in and out. I found them on Angie's List. They were overpriced. They did a mediocre job. I was not impressed. They told me that it was not their problem. They got oil into the radiator. That cost me more money to have it fixed. I will never use them again. They did not accept any responsibility.

It was not a good experience. I really wanted to like these guys as they are very nice and close to where I live. But upon the discovery of this problem which they said they "didn't pick up" on the first visit, they offered no discount, no apology, no solutions other than doing these expensive repairs. Of course it is not their fault my car had deeper problems but I resented that they did not find this during the first $1200 visit and made false assurances. Very disappointing. As it turns out, I drove the Honda to a Nissan dealership...took a bath on the trade and got a new car. Probably should have done this in the first place and saved the 1200 bucks. Sorry, can't recommend.

Job was botched. Wrong air pressure was inserted even after I asked for specific pressures as per tag on door frame that I pointed out to service manager before job started. Also tire mechanic noted on his jobsheet that new RR tire was out of round but same info was not provided to me or on my invoice. I did not become aware until I got home and saw 7 inches of weights on inside and another 7 inches on the outside of rim. The service manager indicated the tire mechanic took it upon himself to inflate each tire to 30# but when I checked at home the front tires had 35# ant the rear 32# ?? When I called the shop I spoke to store owner, he insisted there was no tag on the door frame listing recommended pressures and the out of round RR tire was noted on my invoice. I said no, he kept insisting yes so I told him I was immediately returning to the store. When I got there he met me at the front door and I pointed out the tag showing correct air pressures and showed him my blank invoice. He then admitted he may have misspoke. I then asked that the tire installer remount the bad tire by rotating it on the rim to see if the balancing improved and to correct all air pressures. He reluctantly said ok but that I would have to wait at least an hour until the same mechanic returned to the shop. I asked what the mechanic was doing and was told lunch plus he needed to run some errands for his wife who owned her own business. I said that should not affect me and asked for a second mechanic to fulfill my request which was granted without further delay. This job was a comedy of errors that involved the service manager, the tire mechanic and a store manager/owner that implied I was lying when tackling to him on the phone. I won't be back!

"AIR PRESSURES WERE ONLY 2 PSI LOWER THAN REQUESTED BECAUSE REQUESTED PRESSURE WAS TOO HIGH FOR TIRE SPECIFICATION. WE DO NOT TYPICALLY INSTALL CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS FOR LIABILITY REASONS BUT MADE AN EXCEPTION IN THIS INSTANCE. CUSTOMER PURCHASED TIRES FROM INTERNET AND THEY WERE MIS MANUFACTURED (WEIGHT WAS UNEVENLY DISTRIBUTED THROUGH TIRE RUBBER). WE BALANCED AND THEN REBALANCED AT NO CHARGE."

The job was botched completely. Wrong air pressure used, even after I asked for specific air pressure as per tag on the door frame. I pointed that out to the manager. One of the brand new tires was bad, the installer noted it but nobody told me. It wasn't on my invoice either, which I did not notice until I got home. I saw the number weights they used on the rim which I noticed immediately. Also, when I checked the air pressure in the tires and they were way off; 35 in the front and 32 in the front. It was supposed to be 26 in front and 29 in back, that is what I asked for. I immediately called the shop back, the owner talked to me on the phone, he said the bad tire was noted on the invoice and there was no tag on the door frame. He told me that three different times. I drove back to the shop and pointed the tag out to the owner and also showed him the tire with all the weights. I showed him my invoice which did not note a bad tire. He then said he mis-spoke and I asked if I could have the bad tire remounted on the rim to see if it corrected any problem on being lopsided and to correct the air pressure in the other tires, he said it wouldn't do any good but he reluctantly agreed to do what I asked. BUT he said I would have to wait at least an hour until the installer returned from lunch. I told him I already waited an hour and a half to get the original job done in the morning and I asked why I had to wait another hour and a half, but besides lunch the installer had some errands to run for his wife who owned her own business. I asked for another installer rather than me wait any longer and he said OK. I was supposed to go back, but by that time I had decided to use a different company.

My 2003 Chevy Impala /w police option(s) radiator fan cooling assembly, which has gone out before, was replaced with a user provided OEM part within three (3) hours of delivery to them. Service was extremely professional and friendly. I've done business with them before and will continue to do so. Great Job! The sign out front says they are the exclusive automotive repair service center for Clear Channel vehicles. I personally saw 101.9 The Twister's vehicle being serviced.
