Great. I called the office mid-morning July 2, 2019, indicated the water heater was leaking, and they had the new one installed by 6 P.M. the same day. They were very professional, cordial, and obviously knew what they were doing. The old water heater was 19 years old and they upgraded the installation to the new Oklahoma City codes.

Absolutely great service. Fast, efficient, reasonably priced, prompt and easy to communicate your needs to.

I called Cherokee Plumbing yesterday afternoon, Thurs, 4/12, not expecting anyone to be able to come out till next week. I spoke to Mary (I think), who was very friendly and accommodating. She scheduled me in right away, for today. I got a courtesy call this morning that they were loading the truck and would be at my house shortly. Chad and Vance introduced themselves upon arriving and got to work. They finished very quickly, maybe 30 minutes, and explained what the issue was. They showed me a washer that was in bad shape, I am sure from our constant over-cranking the handles to stop the dripping. They said that replacement of the seats was not necessary yet and everything else was fine. I also asked some questions about water heater maintenance, water softeners/filtration, and tankless water heaters. They took time to describe options, which I jotted down for future reference. In summary, I was thrilled to find a new plumbing company, since the plumber I used previously had retired. Plus they are just a few miles from my house. Cherokee has wonderful online reviews and my first impression is that they are friendly, punctual, honest, and reasonably priced. Their biz card has been added to my collection. Highly recommended!

It took less than a day, a few hours. They came and replaced it and were gone. The workers were very nice. I think there was two workers.

Cherokee plumbing did a great job determining the problem, and taking care of the problem quickly. I am very pleased with the work they did, and the price they charged. They will be my go to plumber.

Vance and Aaron were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They assessed several issues and were very straight forward about what they could resolve for certain vs. what a water softener and well specialists may be better suited to help with.

We did have a very good experience with Cherokee. He came right out and was very helpful. He was jolly on spot after getting to us and he was there when he said he would be and he answer all of our questions and gave us some good advice about some of the things we were planning to do. We were extremely satisfied with the work that they did.

Polite. Professional. Punctual. Cherokee Plumbing is an absolute pleasure to deal with! The service performed was stellar, and the parts that they supplied (water lines and valves) were top quality. The new water lines to the toilets were steel braided reinforced, instead of the cheap plastic ones that so many plumbers use. It may seem like a small detail, but it shows their attention to quality. You get what you pay for. Cherokee isn't a discount plumbing service. But their prices are a great value for the money. I don't think you'll find better service anywhere. Not only did they clean up after themselves, they cleaned up after ME. After the installation, the bathroom floors around the new toilets were cleaner than they were when they started! I HIGHLY recommend Cherokee Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

Colin came out right away to do the estimate. He provided a best case-worst case range and itemized everything in the estimate which was appreciated. Its nice having someone provide full transparency upfront, that type of transparency prevents those unpleasant surprises down the road and avoids hard feeling for both parties. Aaron and Vance came for the install and didn't waste a minute of time, they had everything done ahead of schedule, cut only a tiny bit of sheetrock behind the stove for the new line, and didn't leave a scrap of any waste behind. They even used a few extra spare minutes to help push in and level our new stove which WAS appreciated. They provided a new gas line connection hose between the wall and the stove, the ones purchased from the big box store do NOT meet code (Warning to others when buying a gas range, check with your plumber before buying a connection hose from the store). Overall great job and will use them again!

There were two gentlemen, Aaron and Vance, that performed the work. I'm a senior citizen and have used many plumbers in the past. My daughter recently had some work done and used Cherokee Plumbing and she recommended them to me. Am I ever glad I did! We have had some bad plumbers in the past who made messes and didn't clean up afterwards. Being disabled, it was difficult to clean up after them. I have many more stories but don't want to go into details. We had another plumber do the exact same work two years ago and charged us double what Cherokee charged us. And Cherokee gave us a 5% Senior Discount! The day they did the work was exceptionally hot. The heat indexes have been 100+ most days. These two gentlemen never complained once even though it was so hot outside. Never will I have to search for a plumber again thanks to CHEROKEE PLUMBING!!!!! BTW...their receptionist is very professional, very knowledgeable and nice, too!

Appointment was made - service technicians called before arriving - three issues resolved in a timely manner at a fair price - will definitely use this company again.

Great experience and will use them anytime I need plumbing help and will refer them to friends.  They were always on time, stuck to their estimate and the job was professionally done (you can't tell this was an add on).  

Great customer service in all areas. Came in under the estimated cost.
