I have them out about every 2 years. Sometimes I think they didn't get all the spots but the carpet is old and it might not be their fault. The workers were very professional.

Jacob and his team arrived on time, ready to work. They were professional and courteous. The carpets were stained and in need of stretching. The results were great. This is the second time I've used this company, and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

The service went great. The crew was very professional and showed up when expected. The cleaning was thorough and well done. Drying time was as expected. This is the second time I have used them and would use them again.

I'm pretty disappointed. We wanted the carpet cleaned to take the red tint out from our dogs. I can get it out with a spot spray but there is no difference in the carpet after cleaning. I'm sure it took some dirt out but if I can make make it look new with a spray bottle their commercial cleaner should probably do a bit better.

Some of our lead techs were off for the upcoming Memorial weekend that day and all I can say is maybe our tech was a little overwhelmed with the workload, (which is still no excuse for not making you completely happy with the service that was done). I was not pleased with the work. The lead gentleman was rude.The younger gentleman was more professional however. The lead did not want to more the the couch in the livingroom to clean under it. The furniture were not big pieces. There was a pet stain that I asked him to treat and that he was not willing to work on. It was almost as though he had resigned himself to do the minimum required. I would have gladly paid for additional services to get the carpet looking great.

It was okay. It was about a month after I purchased the Big Deal that they came out. I was moving houses.
This was the first time I used them. I wasn't even here when they did it. It seemed to be a good job. There wasn't a lot of trying to tell me that it was going to cost $50 more than it was or trying to sign up for a years contract or anything like that. It was very simple.

Went very well, they were on time, explained what they were going to do, asked my if I had any questions. Asked me if they had the proper rooms and what the exact issues were (pet stains). They also went above and beyond and provided some additional work on a tough spot and got it looking perfect again. Very cordial employees, quick and efficient as well as polite.

The technician was delayed, but called to let us know. We were concerned because the previous owner
had dogs. The UV light showed urine residue ( that we couldn't see or smell ) in many places in each bedroom. We paid some extra for a special treatment to remove this. After cleaning, the UV light did not show any spots at all. Very pleased with the professionalism of the technician and the excellent results.
