CHAVEZ CONSTRUCTION

The crew showed up on the scheduled day.  Work was finished in 2 days.  Debris was cleared away.  Albert, the owner was here throughout the job to supervise.  When the job was done, he did a final 'walk' of the roof to be sure all was done correctly.

Showed up on time for work.  Did all thing agreed to in contract.  Agreed to complete job in 3 to 4 days.  Man of his word!  He completed the job on time.  He used quality products and used precise attention to detail.

I called and left a message for Albert asking if he was interested in providing us with an estimate for roof repairs. He returned the call that evening and came out the next day to give me the estimate. I received 2 other estimates and his was in line with the others for comparable work. When we decided to utilize his services for the repairs, he was able to get us on the calendar the following week. The work was completed on the day promised and the cost was exactly what the estimate had outlined.

Mr. Chavez came to the house one day after we spoke on the phone and called me with an estimate. I told him I was anxious to get it done before there was any rain in the forecast, preferably within 1 week. He told me he will try to obtain matching shingles if not something very close to it the next day. He finished the job 1 or 2 days after this conversation. Mr. Chavez was prompt, professional and charged me a fair price for the job. He also repaired a couple of shingles that were lifting at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Mr. Chavez.

Albert did a fabulous job. He was very responsive and completed the work quickly and very neatly.

Albert Chavez was top grade. Their workers would work non-stop, we had to make them take a break and get a drink. They kept the area looking nice and clean while they worked, as well as after they were done, no nails or trash left around.
