Caldwell's Top Soil & Landscape

They actually made several different deliveries and each time I had to pay.  They were prompt and they were definitely the best price in town.  I have recommended them a couple times.  One person came out to complete the service.  It was the driver of the truck and he just delivered the soil each time.  I ordered some and found out I needed more.  I would call and they would show up later that same day and bring more soil.  They were good about leaving the area clean.  They made sure they didn't pull onto part of the yard where they were going to leave ruts or run over any sprinkler heads.

The wife and I wanted to take advantage of the nice fall weather to start installing some new flower beds. I called around and found the prices for delivered 'rich mix' soil to be all over the place. I decided to go with Caldwell's because of their friendly laid back customer service and their outstanding price. Both of which were only surpassed by the excellent quality of soil they delivered. We decided to start with 10-yards (wish now we'd gone with 16). Roy was very friendly and said he could even deliver the same day (on a Friday no less). He called back later in the day to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me and would be there shortly. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable and dumped the dirt exactly where I wanted it. The quality of the soil was very good - nice and dark and ground up fine and sifted. No rocks, chunks or bits of wood. I'm certain I'll be calling again for more dirt in the near future. Do not hesitate to use this family owned local business.

I needed topsoil for a home project. I called Caldwell for delivery on Friday morning. By late Friday morning I had no topsoil, so I called Caldwell to check on delivery. Some how my order got misplaced, but Imelda Caldwell said they would get a truck to my place as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours they called and said the truck was on the way. The topsoil was excellent. I don't believe their price or product can be beat.
