piano tuning
 + -1 moreI scheduled an appointment to have my piano tuned. The tuner did not show up for the appointment. I called the business and was informed that this tuner over books and / or double books appointments and I was over booked and he "might" show up in an hour and a half or he might not show up in an hour and a half. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge and was advised that no one was available. The tuner never called to say he was running late or would be late. I was offered and opportunity to re book , however, there was no guarantee I would not be double booked again so I declined the offer. There did not seem to be much concern about customer service from this business.
