Bob Scheer Piano Svc

Bob is my hero. A moving company tore off my music rack and the piano company has gone out of business. I didn't think I would be able to get it fixed. I contacted Bob, and he agreed to make a new one which he did. He quoted me a price and charged me what he quoted even though he had to make one fit the empty space. He stained the new rack to match my piano exactly! It is beautiful. I also wanted him to tune my piano which he did, and he fixed my squeaky pedal. He is a master at what he does , and he is honest. He came when he said he would. He called ahead to let us know he was coming, and he wore his mask the entire time. Such a gentleman whom I now consider a good friend.

Great service at a good price from a professional and courteous gentleman. Responsive to queries, arrived on time and completed work quickly. Piano sounds great and sticky keys are fixed! I really appreciated that he wiped down the keyboard both before and after his work, and was conscientious about safety.

Prompt, friendly, and courteous, Mr. Scheer is someone we thoroughly enjoyed meeting and having in our home. Our piano had not been tuned in years and then suffered through a move. Bob meticulously explained what he was doing and why as he brought our piano back to it's former glory. Patient with my questions, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is the person we will call in the future.

He found problems I wasn't even aware of and took care of them. He was very nice and competent. He even went to a reference book to tell me how old the piano is and much to my surprise we found out it will be 100 years old next year. I highly recommend his services.

He responded to the message we left him and set an appointment for within a week. He showed up on time for the appointment. He spent several hours tuning the piano and achieved a very satisfactory result. We paid him and he left. What more could you ask for?
