Ty & the whole Bison Restoration team were stellar. With mold removal, there is some disruption in the house. But Ty was so efficient and minimized any inconveniences while ensuring that the job was completed as thoroughly and quickly as possible. I was nervous about this process, but Ty and Bison were perfect service providers. I highly recommend them!!!

Technician used a rather narrow "brush" to ream out vent. He did not go on the roof and work down. Much moisture continues to come back down. The duct was certainly not cleaned. I reached up into the vent from the wall and pulled out about two quarts of wet soggy lint. The technician got a lot out, but did not come close to cleaning the vent.

I previously used another company about 16 months ago and I was not that impressed. This time I used Home Advisor to identify AdvanaClean of OKC. They did a very thorough job for less money than I had previously been charged. Their personnel were excellent and very customer orienred. I would not hesitate to use them again.

WOW!Arrived at the exact time planned. Looked at the entire existing system and went to work. They cleaned from the roof top down to the dryer connection duct and even the screen in the dryer and then cleaned up everything before leaving. The dryer now dries in 25% of the previous required time and the dryers heating unit didn't have to be replaced. We couldn't be more pleased.
