Very professional, honest and quick. Have brought my daughters Nissan in several times both before purchasing for a check and for ongoing maintenance. Every time the work was done quickly and efficiently and twice below estimate. Highly recommended.

I have used them in the past and they did a fair job and the price was pretty good but had difficulties getting them to return calls. I have been calling them for the past three weeks about a repair on the same car and each time they tell me they will have someone call back and then I never hear from them. The last two messages were left for Brian. I'm not sure who they gave the first few messages to. They are close to us and we have several cars so we hoped they would be a good fit but something in their system has broken down.

My Lexus RX 300 was running poorly. The car would not accelerate well and was getting poor gas milage compared to past history. I called Joe Janis (owner) at Autoworks and described what the vehicle was doing. Joe checked his schedule and we made an appointment for the following week. Joe has been working on imports in Edmond for as long as I can remember and I've been in residence for over 20 years. Autoworks is not a high volume shop and Joe can't always get you in the same day. He's busy and all his customers know a bit of a wait is worth it as the quality and attention to detail are hard to find. Beyond the quality workmanship the honesty/integrity will keep you coming back. I dropped the RX off and Joe called me in a few hours and informed me we only needed to clean up the fuel system to get the car running right again. Joe recommended using a BG product called 44K through the induction system. I picked up the car later that day and the performance and fuel economy were better than ever. A lot of shops would have likely performed additional (possibly unnecessary) work to resolve this issue if you know what I mean. The price and results speak for themselves at Autoworks. Joe does great work and will turn you into a customer for life.

The owner, Joe Janis, has serviced three of my family vehicles for years. He always does what he says in a timely manner. I have sent many friends to him over the years and they have all been very pleased. Without reservation I would say he is the best mechanic in the Edmond area. Because of his service we only buy Japanese vehicles so he is able to work on them. He goes above and beyond to answer all questions. He even tolerates my dropping by without an appointment to diagnose a problem and promptly schedules a time for the work to be done.

I had a great experience with him. He is professional. He is really good with the car. He finds things and tells you about your car. He is friendly. His prices are good.

They had done some other things for me in the past and I liked his work. I would use them again in the future.
