Quote process was really easy. Cyndi came out and did the measurements and did not try to hard sell at all. Total time there was under 30 minutes. She showed me the sample window, the quote and let me make up my own mind without being pushy. Once I signed the contract it was about 4 weeks to get them installed. They said 2-3, but even I thought that was a little optimistic. Communication was a little lacking about setting up a time to install, but my calls were always returned quickly. Install went very smooth. We did have one cracked pane, but they are getting a replacement. Rick and his son were very efficient and cleaned up very well. They even took their shoes off when they came inside. They look great from the outside and inside.
