All Pro Appliance Repair Service

I need someone to help fixing my stove. I needed it to checked out and replaced or whatever part needed to be replace. All pro appliance repair service did the inspection and charged me as well. However, when it came down to do the work, he ghosted me and would not return the phone call.

They were professional, service was fast and repair found and made promptly. The unit had to be replaced due to a heater element which had stopped working to loosen the ice in the trays. Serviceman explained in detail what the problem was, had the part on his truck and quoted me a price including the part, labor and tax. The only problem I encountered was a minor one concerning a discount for Seniors and Military, which the serviceman was not aware of but which the owner immediately contacted me and corrected. Very conscientious and customer oriented. They provided prompt service, fixed my problem and were concerned about me as a customer. I would definitely use All Pro again and recommend them to my relatives and friends. Jim Guthrie is running this business the way customers appreciate.

Once again, Jim Guthrie with Pro Appliance returned my call for help, promptly! He sent out Jacob to do the repair. A part was needed, ordered, and my machine was quickly repaired. This is the 3rd time I've used Pro Appliance and they never let me down!

The machine is working well again. Thank goodness! Both of the team members for All-Pro have done good work, and there have been no unpleasant surprises, etc. I would recommend All-Pro wholeheartedly.

Called and left a message, call was returned within 30 minutes. Scheduled the appointment for the next day. Was told there was a power surge and wires to the dryer were fried and fuses were blown. Replaced the fuses and rewired section of wire. They were friendly and professional.

What a pleasant experience.  I called on Monday (actually spoke with a live person) and was scheduled for Tuesday between 11 and 2.  I got a call from Adam at about 11:30 letting me know he was on his way and would be here in about 25 minutes.  He arrived on time, and a got started right away. He warned me that due to the noises it was making it could be a few different things, most pretty bad.  Once he got the back panel off he discovered that the motor/rotor assembly had become loose.  He tightened it and ran the machine - that was the problem.  We were lucky - it turned out to be an easy fix. While he was test- running it after tightening it we noticed that there were a lot of suds (that there shouldn't be).  He gave me advice regarding the amount of soap to use (did you know that you only need to use about a tablespoon of detergent per load?) and recommended using a cleaner for front-load washers.  I asked him if he could install a small plastic flap (I had purchased the part to replace a partially broken one near the icemaker) on my Whirlpool refrigerator.  He did at no extra charge (took him 5 minutes tops).  I knew it would be easy for someone that knew what they were doing, but if I tried it it probably wouldn't go well.  This was a very good experience and I will definitely call them again when I need an appliance repair.  Adam was very nice and professional.  My dog even liked him (she is usually very suspicious of people she doesn't know).

Technician was prompt and courteous.  He notified me about 30 minutes before he came to my house.  He had some difficulty diagnosing the exact fix for the problems my freezer was having due to several issues with my appliance.  Once he determined a course of action, he told me how much it would be and that he would stand behind the service provided.  He also told me that if did not fix the problem they would come out and address the other issues and take the amount I paid off any further service.  His first repair fixed my issues, and I did not need to call him back.  The technician knew his stuff and the company stands behind their work to ensure the customer is satisfied.  I would highly recommend.

That was fine, they were prompt. I called probably about 6 different companies and they were the only ones that called me back within a couple of hours. It was a weekend and my dryer was broken. I expected the price. They explained what they were doing and that's always appreciated. I wasn't super impressed, I was just happy that they were there. They weren't rude, they were just fine. They gave me the opportunity to decide what I wanted to do. I would use them again.

He came at the scheduled time, found the issue immediately, fixed it. Mentioned my oven wasn't heating, he returned the next day at the scheduled time with a new element, installed it and charged a reasonable fee for both repairs. Very knowledgeable, quick work and professional. Definitely kept this company's card.

They did follow up. I would use him again. Price was just about average.

THis company is wonderful! I teach school and had to take off work to meet them at the house. When the part came in, they called and asked if they could install it. I said I was at the doctors office and did not know when I would be done. Adam said he had two more appointments and would call me when he was finished. At 5:15, he called me and said he could come by and install it and would be here at 5:40. He was here exactly at 5:40! He installed the part, checked and made sure it wasn't leaking, ran a cycle and by 6:15 was done.
I so appreciate him working late, so I would not have to take off another day at school. It was beyond the call of duty and so considerate. Adam was professional and friendly and even took the time to pet my dogs. Would definitely recommend the company and Adam.

I called ALL PRO APPLIANCE this morning to work on my 9 year old KitchenAid refrigerator. My freezer items were melting and the milk was not as cold as it should be. Jim Guthrie, the ALL PRO APPLIANCE owner, was at my home in 4 hours and fixed the problem. There was apparently a very, very slow leak, so Jim restarted the cooler by adding freon. This is the 2nd time this week I've needed appliance repair. Each time I've called ALL PRO APPLIANCE. I highly recommend them! Hoping though that I don't need to make another call for the 3rd time this week!

I have had my LG Washing Machine for 5 years. Over the years, the gasket has collected lots of gunk and some mold. I now know to keep my washer door open so that it can dry inside! Thanks to Adam with All Pro Appliance Repair, for getting me a new gasket and for replacing it on the same day I called. Amazing! I had joined Angie's List this morning, called for the repair, and had my machine fixed, all in 5 hours time! There is no question, I will be calling All Pro Appliance Repair, owner, Jim Guthrie, the next time I have problems!

I think Dan's Appliance Repair is very reliable. I always use them, they're the ones that I go to.

After using self cleaning function on electric oven the unit stopped working. It turns out that the self clean thermostat failed and also the safety switch unit failed. The unit would no longer come on. The thermostat was replaced and the unit fixed. Good work and done fast and at a fair price. Also was warned that self cleaning ovens are problematic and advised not to use that feature again as it could have failed with the oven door locked and the entire stove would have needed to be taken apart to fix- very costly job.

A burner went out and need replacement on GE electric stove top. Also our dishwasher was not filling with water. Both were fixed fast and correctly for a fair price.
We were very pleased wit the work done. This is the second time we used them in a 4 month period. One thing that we really liked is that they gave us advice on a new refrigerator we wanted to buy regarding reliability. Great appliance repair people. Honest and reasonable. VERY PLEASED AND WILL USE AGAIN NEXT TIME WE HAVE A PROBLEM.

I would have to locate the receipt which is not feasible at this time. I think the service was rendered in August of 2013 and was no more than $25.00 if that much.

In the midst of an ice storm, and on a Friday, they called ahead of time, asked if they come early because of the weather, and showed up at our house a few minutes later. The tech was outstanding - showed me what he was doing, talked about some of the causes (the filter was clogged with some disgusting, disgusting crap), how to fix it in the future, and how to troubleshoot should the same issue happen again. He was in and out in 20 minutes, was professional and friendly, relatable, clean, and knowledgable. I cannot ask for anything more. Great service, and I'll use them again.

Prompt and professional service. After evaluating leak, technician recommended that the dishwasher be replaced. He did spend quite a bit of time stopping the leak so that we could use the machine temporarily till replacement could be installed. We were not charged for this extra time. He also counseled us on what features to look for in a new dishwasher in order to buy the most efficient machine. We were very happy with the service and will definitely use All-Pro Appliance Service again.
