I found him on Angie’s List. He was the most fantastic person. He went over and above what he could have done. He fixed a little part that he could have charged me a whole lot of money for it. He turned out to be like a trusting acquaintance. It’s the best service call I’ve ever had.

We bought our dishwasher there, and so we just went to them for the repairs because of the warranty. They were very timely, and they fixed it. They were very prompt, I was very impressed that they showed up on time.

It’s a local company.  In the entire year I have probably spent nearly a $1000 on their services.  I have to use them because I don’t have a choice.  Any time I call the brand company, they send these people out.  I’m not very happy with them at all.  The quality of all their appliances just seems to be always breaking down.  I’ve got a brand new washer and dryer, and the washer has already been worked on three times.  My freezer had to be worked on twice, my dryer and my oven too has been worked on twice.  They are very costly, even just the pieces or the parts and labor.  It’s really high.  They come out and do the work.  They do what they are supposed to do and they get it done right, but they are way over priced.  The products are just not holding up like they used to.  They are good at fixing the appliances and they get it done.  They were pretty much on time.  They didn’t seem to drag along.  It was just a couple of times that we had to wait a long time for parts.  They actually had it in for several days before they called.  They were professional.  I will have to use their services again in the future since I don’t have a choice.
