Generally you must leave your phone number and they call you back. We called to see if they would come out and relocate the antenna on our roof while we were roofing.  They gave us expert instructions on how to set it to one side without interrupting our service. They offered us the "free" solution, which worked like a charm rather than paying for a service charge.The personel at Airosurfare are always helpful.

This company does have fairly good response to my calls but they cannot fix the problem nor do they check followup to ensure my service has improved.   Since they are an internet service provider they have all the operational data from their point of access to their servers and they know my service is not good.  I have several neighbors who have had the same problem and they have canceled Airsosurf for another provicer.  I am on one of the highest points in the city and Airosurf tells me that I have a clear line of sight between their towers and my house.  I will probably cancel their service in the next few days.

They arrived when scheduled, made most of the connections as requested, although one connection required additional work at a later date - it is still not clear whether the original wiring or the Airosurf work was at issue.  The two men worked longer than they had scheduled, but made certain that the connections were operative.  Both men were pleasant and courteous.

I have used this company for internet service for several years. There is rarely a problem, but when there is they put in a new, upgraded router and/or antenna without any messing around. They are very prompt to respond and have always been on time. The equipment is replaced free of charge and they test it thoroughly before they leave.

This company did a professional installation, my internet works better than ever before, even through a router. They gave me an exact time as to when they would be here, and they were ontime. They worked quickly and efficiently. The installer answered all questions, and knew what he was doing. I didn't time exactly how long it took two techs to get my service up and running, but I am sure it was within an hour. I have had no problems with it at all and I am very happy I made the switch. The monthly service is considerably cheaper than my previous provider and impressively faster. I would highly recommend this company to anyone within the service area.

The upgrade was free because we were regular customers for about three to five years. They always fix any problems that we have with our internet service.
