A true pleasure to deal with. A reasonable estimate was given and we were told it would take 10 days. The work was completed on time and the workmanship was excellent.

It went very well. I thought they did a fine job. The workmanship on the chair is very good. It is a very old chair and they took very good care of it. I thought it was a little expensive, but they did a good job. They were very quick. I thought it was going to be a long, drawn-out process and they had it done in no time.

The quality was excellent. My couch is even better than it was when new.

The job was done in a reasonable time frame (they said about a week, and that was accurate), the color match was very nearly perfect, and the result is that the furniture looks brand new again! By the way, it was nice that we when I brought the cushions in for the initial visit, they took measurements and I was able to take the cushions back home again until the material came in. This minimized the time our furniture was without cushions, and my wife was pleased about that since she watches TV from the couch and likes to recline.

Item picked up in early June. Delivered in August. Three larger back pillows missing replaced by two smaller arm pillows. That was fixed. Did not match design well with poor execution of skirt and cushion fronts. Had asked fro 4 throw pillows and only got two.
