We have a couple of projects, and next year we are going to have them come in and do it again. I won't have to go to anybody else. They move everything to clean then put everything back where its supposed to be. They came - set an appointment, they showed up when they said they would.

He came out within an hour when we had a carpet leak that was starting to smell. He removed the pad and left fans running all night. He came back the next day to replace pad and cleaned four rooms for us. The carpet looks so much better! We like patronizing family companies. A and S Chem Dry did a superior job and were very professional and friendly.

Their prices were reasonable, they do a good job and I really like them. They are efficient and do a great job of getting in and out. They are always here when they say they will be and are reliable.

I am going to have them out next week to look at couple of spots they missed. The basic package was for $99, I added runners at $10 each, and they did the stairway for $2 each stair. The family room carpet is only about two years old and it puckered after they were done, so the guy is going to come back next week to look at stretching it but he didn't really have any explanation for why it did what it did. It was very wet; they said it should dry within four hours and it was closer to twelve hours. One area has kind of a wheat colored carpet and that looked really good, the bedroom has a light platinum colored carpet and it hadn't been cleaned in a few years but it was so wet that I had to put a couple of towels down and scoot along the towels to get into the bedroom and the bathroom. When I took the towels to the laundry room, they were really dirty, so I don't know exactly how great their work is. I don't know if they are any better than a regular carpet cleaning company and I don't know if it was the technique or the guys that performed the service was to fault but it was not what I expected. I am expecting them to come back next week and fix things.

I got their healthy com premium package with the stain fighter to fight allergies since I have dogs. They were really good with pet stains and they really did good job on that. They were prompt, they did a real good job on the carpet, and they left everything back where they belonged. They did a really nice job. They were excellent.

Punctual, straight forward pricing. Good cleaning job left carpets almost dry. Took extra time where needed on spots. Added scotchguard protectant for no charge becuase we had white carpet. We were very pleased and will call them again in 6-12 months.

I called in the morning. Armondo and Harry came by mid-afternoon, evaluated the space in our office, gave me the rate of the services along with levels of cleaning, and then performed and completed the job with little interuption to our employees. I was surprised that the cleaning was relatively quiet. Very pleased with the results.

They came on time and very professional. Stuck to their duties, two men worked well together, and after doing everything, went over an area that needed some more cleaning. Took care to protect all furniture.

Arrived exactly on time. Very friendly and relaxed, but got the job done quickly. Carpet dried much faster than previous (steam) cleanings. It is not sticky or slippery from detergent. Looks great. Above my expectations. Cost is very reasonable. The process is good, the people are good.

I would highly recommend Aand S for carpet cleaning. My grandparents have used them for over 15 years so I decided to use them. They showed up early, and were gone within an hour. They were able to remove all of the traffic stains I had. They even cleaned the baseboards.

Great!! They were here for 1 hour and cleaned the carpets. My carpets are clean again!! It is hard to keep them clean with 2 toddlers running around! I will definitely be a lifetime Chem- Dry customer!!
