When I got there, there were about 3 people ahead of me, waiting for service. I had to shop so I didn't mind. It took about 30 min. for me to even talk to someone about what I needed done, and the whole 30 min there were employees just standing around talking not doing their job. Very frustrating! My oil change took them 3 hours to complete. I was not happy at all. I requested to speak to a manager but luckily for him he was on and quot;lunchand quot; horrible!

Took my car in to have all 4 wheels balanced with the lifetime balance deal that Wal-Mart offers. They said it would take 3-4 hours so I left it. When I picked it hop and drove it, it had a terrible shake. So I took it back the next day to have them check it out. The DIFFERENT service tech said that none of the wheels had any balancing weights on them and looked like someone just forgot to balance them! So, he did balance them again, put the proper weights on them, and all is fine, after 2 attempts. Just took 2 days of my time without a car!
